• Burning Logs : What can YOU see in the fire
• 30 Second exposure at Night on a Tripod - Full Moon illuminating the foreground.
No Flash / No Photoshopping
• Adelaide Underground. Camera on Tripod.
20 Second expsoure keeping really still with another person in the distance walking towards me firing a flash directly at me 4-5 times
• 30 Seconds expsoure. Full Moon. Photo taken at 10:30pm
Innes National Park , Yorke Peninsula
• Ghost Tractor
2 minute exposure. Sparkler painting - 2 sparklers used to roughly outline the tractor whilst the shutter was open
• Untitled photo
• The Queen on her trip to Adelaide for the SIlver Jubilee 1977 with Don Dunstan.
Image taken with my first camera - A Kodak Instamatic. This image is scanned from my Photo album and is probably not suitable quality for printing
• Natalie from Blue King Brown at the Gov
• Proof of concept Light dome with Baby. The dome itself is a bit wonky top left but this was a test. Dome created with 20 LED Christmas lights attached to a "dome tool" created in about 2 seconds then the baby was placed into the centre location and a flash shot through an Umbrella to illuminate the ground and baby
• Ghost Cart - Sparkler painting. This cart was large so took 4 sparklers to complete.
Total exposure time over 6 minutes
• Crowd at Parklife 2011
• Melbourne band British India at the Gov. Live music photography can be tough as many venues dont have crowd barriers. Trying to take photos with the crowd slam dancing and surging into you is tough physical work
• Patience from the Grates at Thebarton Theatre. One of the most energetic performers Ive ever seen
• Amanda Palmer performing solo in the Spiegeltent at the Adelaide Frnge 2011. She also toured Adelaide with her original band The Dresden Dolls.
Worth catching live if you've never seen her before
• Tex Perking playing with The Cruel Sea reaching out to a fan that was right next to me. Tough getting photos at gigs when you cant control anything you are shooting. The musicians are doing thre own thing. The lighting guy is doing his own thing. You need to ready to try and capture anything interesting
• Rodriguez at the Gov. He has a very interesting Life story. His original Record made in the 1970s, never did much in the US and he faded into obscurity working in various jobs. He didnt even realise that his Album had been taken over by another record company and was selling large volumes in South Africa and to a smaller extent Australia until approx 1998. Very Down to Earth performer
• Love the Expression captured on James ( Guitar ) and Rob ( Drums ) when performing with Chris Wilson at the Adelaide Blues Festical 2011
• Natalie Natiembe at Womad 2011. This show had a photography pit so it was easier to move around. When I saw that lighting I scuttled around to line up the Megaphone with the lighting giving the illusion of light/sound eninating
• 10 Second exposure taken by securing my camera on a tripod behind the Drivers seat. Using a remote release next to me and the camera on a 10 second timer.

Taken just after sunset when there was still a bit of ambient light in the sky
